“All systems fixed” my a--... tried to book a hotel room through the Shop Your Way website and everything worked fine until I had to sign in. When I did, just refreshed the page back to the sign-in screen. Absolutely ridiculous, this company is a complete mess and Eddie has no right to run what’s left of it.

That's nothing. I spent over $200 during the fiasco, and it not only won't show up, SYW "help" is refusing to add it, despite proof I repeatedly emailed them! This company couldn't be more worse off than it is.
And it continues. The never ending story.
