Anybody else? Many employees that I am aware of ripped Staples to shreds. I do not understand why they send it out when they know it will not be favorable, and then pretend to “hear us” and “fix things”. Every year it is the same c-ap. Is it just for show?

" Replies will remain anonymous ". Management can't handle the truth! They will receive the negative results and instead of correcting the issues they " manage the person out of the company ".
They track responses down to your immediate manager so if he has 5 direct reports they can pretty much figure out who's who especially if you write stuff in the comments section so right real good grammer so no fig-your you out. You might even impress HR and get promoted to upper management.
If HR reaches out to me I’m going to let them have it.
am I paranoid or have other people been contacted by HR regarding the results of the anonymous survey?
