Amazons new move is to hire on professionals at a L4 level only to promise a raise and stocks when they reach L4.5 but then when they get the 4.5 promo they are told no additional pay. This causes them to work harder, taking on 10x the normal task so that they can reach level 5. Only thing is when they reach level 5 high level managers are told to not give them anything more in compensation because they are making to much base pay at $45.000, causing the managers to find outside employment at better companies on their own. Bezos you should be ashamed by letting this company become a day 2 company so quickly. It's all down hill from here folks. Thanks for stroking off the blue origin space dong. Ps John O was on point.
