Any groups come to mind?

So many useless trips to conferences, team building sessions, online training and travel back and forth between Chattam and Toronto. Then ask for a small amount for personal development and you're denied. Such hypocrites. So much wasted time and money.

F___ yeah ERP!
The group reminds me of a time, when they were placing burnt out, dishevelled, poor leadership employees from OPS into MP. Between the gongshow of a rollout, to the impeccable choices of personnel (insert sarcasm here) who joined it. It's no wonder the majority doesnt believe in it. A complete and utter waste of time and money, and honestly, a slap in the face to the frontline employees who handled it far better to begin with.
ERP, yes! ERP or whatever the f— they are calling it now is on track to be the boondoggle of the decade.
Tidal Houston. Why do they get to stay downtown when everyone else was forced moved to the galleria?
Agreed, ERP is a joke

Accounts payable for sure. They cut a number of clerical jobs and outsourced the work to save money, but the amount of hassle this outsourced group causes daily means we’re all spending more time babysitting. This seems to be Enbridge’s MO...cut clerical jobs and celebrate the cost savings... and completely ignore how these decisions end up creating more low-value work for higher paid, non-clerical staff across the company. They have a very flawed way of looking at cost savings. I am a people leader and the amount of time I have to spend doing low value admin work is mind boggling and it’s getting worse and worse as they continue to cut Shared Services and other support staff.

I know the “news cycle” on this has been done for a while, but when I think of Enbridge boondoggles, the first thing that comes to mind is still the “Beauty and the Beast” incident. How that could happen in the intro to a presentation about s-xual harassment ... in front of the entire company... and not result in any consequences other than a weak, non-apology no Yammer is pretty crazy when you think about it. Last I checked, they didn’t even edit out that part in the recording they out on Elink. Crazier yet, the ridiculous comments people put on the Yammer apology were left unaddressed - AM himself even “liked” a comment that suggested the B&B joke was a good demonstration of our values. Our D&I group who are otherwise posting stuff on Yammer every other day said absolutely nothing about it. But hey, lay-off enough people and maybe the percent of female workers will coincidentally go up a percent or so and we can all celebrate that!
Are you saying Infrastructure Planning is 25% of the company?
Three quarters of the company
Pretty much the whole Shared Services group, especially HR.
Most of the outsourced functions became a huge cluster-boondoggle. Accounts Payable is a notable example.
RISK.
