What is the likelihood that Reinhart workers may be impacted by the acquisition due to some duplication of jobs. I am thinking there will be no need for two HR departments, some Finance things will be consolidated, IT will be impacted etc. So, if the deal closes and they merge things do you think we'll have major layoffs at Reinhart?
Also, if yes, what groups will be impacted the most?
How about positions, what positions will be on the chopping block?
