Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

I’ve worked at Sams for 7 years. I really use to love the company. The employees were awesome, people went above and beyond to help everyone out. The pay was decent considering you weren’t running the whole store. This big change of 2019 is just a way to wipe out old employees. You don’t like the changes they know a lot of people will quit. The people on the floor also needs a raise. People on the floor constantly being pushed from anywhere on the floor to cashier/run or to go out in carts. Even with 3rd shift now on days we are still spread thin. Sam share is affected now on member service but yet we don’t have enough help to be able to offer great member service. Walmart and Sams literally set their workers up for failure. Every job I’ve had here so far has been taken away from me even including my pay. Wireless, photo, and membership coordinator has been rumored. I hope everyone gets out while you can before getting screwed always another company will be able to appreciate us more!
