i am baffled that you are shocked? you would expect better behavior from the folks that have driven Staples off a cliff?
I'm fairly new at about 4 months, the training is awful, the management team has checked out and their manager is weird. Alot of people are leaving or planning on it, that is concerning. I do not plan on staying with this pay and negative atmosphere.
Department: Horrible pay, non transparent comp plan, uneducated co workers and child like booster/award activities. Management: Clowns, just a mess of clowns!
A lot of incompetence and a metric ton of favoritism.
