Cycle inventory tomorrow. We were 3.5% last year... expecting it to be waaaaay worse this year. All the pre counts in the world isn’t going to save us from the many run outs we’ve had since APP was cut.

Don't understand why. Surely the zero visible associates the typical member sees on a visit acts as an effective deterrent for loss prevention.
