How long will he remain? He makes 15.02M in compensation while the median employee salary is $51,917 which is a 289:1 ration and for what? The stock price and company performance sure doesn't justify this. When will the board finally realize he is in way over his head or he's just inept?

Who is Clay?
Nothing remotely similar to our former CEO who actually built this company to what it is....well I should say, to what it was up until 2014. The board, the shareholders, someone needs to vote him out and also vote for Pablo, it's been 5 years and they have failed miserably.
He is the farthest thing from a leader, going on constant power trips. I truly believe he only values himself and values little of the great employees that work for him. Everything was looking so great until he came around.
He hasn't been a leader ever. PM hates himself for handing over the reigns to little Napoleon. Such a great company it was to what these guys have turned it into. Oh well, long as I'm still here expensing everything out, traveling the world and not bringing anything to the table just like our CMO, then I'm cool.
He hasn’t been the leader we wanted. I think he tries hard but hasn’t been overly effective.
