What everyone’s thoughts on the most recent HSE monthly meeting? It seems corporate is completely out of touch with what goes on in the field. Also that one directors HPI presentation seemed to be a massive middle finger to the field. Thoughts?

The current senior HSE decision makers are mostly cronies handpicked by the great Scottish know-it-all and his lieutenants, and haven’t been in their current roles for more than a year. They’ve made a lot of hay by pointing out flaws, most of which have forever been outside the control of HSE. Agree they are completely out of touch from the field, and reality. And these same people are speaking to Oxy on behalf of the field HSE - deciding futures for people they don’t know.
