Our depot probably has around 2 to 3 good workers. There are about 3 to 4 workers who can speak proper English. There is one worker who can even read at our meetings and he is like a 24 years yet. There is a driver who delivers wrong loads to the wrong stores then blames the warehouse. There are a couple of employees who have gotten away with murder they are worse then OJ Simpson. Things started going down hill once they combined the pizza guys with the regular ice cream workers. They have been bad workers sicne the begging and only have gotten worse. Don't forget the dsl who doesn't even have a commercial license to cover drivers. I'll take my bonus money and spend it all on beer and weed.

Nestle is not a good DSD company. They are a warehouse business and never embraced the DSD way of business. Both Dreyers and Kraft Pizza Co ran profitable operations before the merger. Dreyers was NOT profitable under Nestles leadership as the Cost of Sales was North of 23%. Buying the pizza brands Nestle hoped to increase the case drop size and improve profits. However, common sense is not something Nestle used to integrate the business and continued to add unnecessary processes and even layers of management. There are as many lazy non committed legacy pizza and ice cream employees across the business. When you make the business mostly salary or hourly and less commission you lose those employees treating their routes like their own business and wallet. Good luck you guys are gonna need it. The market doesn't bare 55k to 60k salaries anymore.
Just a reminder. Nestle bought Pizza 10 years ago.. Nestle ran both brands into the warehouse.Thats was their motive from the beginning.
There’s lazy people in all areas. What I’ve learned is ,those who complain the most are laziest, pointing fingers workers. Every Ice cream guy I knew only wanted to write orders and complained about putting product on the shelf. But you must be the game changer. Lol

What a dummy, did you ever think neatle didnt know how to make it profitable after the merger? Kraft pizza hummed along before we were sold. Ive worked with good pizza and ice cream guys, and ones that didnt have a work ethic. So glad you are not my co worker. Sounds like you think you are a gift to humanity. Go smoke your weed and learn how to spell and proof read before you open your trap. Post constructive info for your team, dont talk behind your co worker like a gossipy old lady lol
