Assuming AM is over 50. Would he be classified as ‘old’, as well. Or are only women given over 50 given this designation?
Sounds like you only know 2 people total. Plenty of old women around.
I can think of only two women over 50 at Enbridge.
Find a lawyer to take it up. This is an easy class action lawsuit. In my lay-off notice 90% were older than 50. It’s a hard thing to fight on your own.

Well, since you get a 25% bonus to your pension if you retire at 60, I’d say they don’t want us past 60...

This thread got me to thinking. I now realize that at age 60 I'm the oldest person in my department of over 200 people. My career advancement is over as well. I feel like I'm being pushed out.
And the old gals. You don’t see too many women over 50 at Enbridge, unless they are in admin positions.
