June 28th they just layed-off another large group of people from Newegg. Performance is down. Things are not looking good.

Customer Service is effectively getting cut down to about 1/3 the size, alot have already been laid off,
Newegg Business was completely laid off today 8/28 (About 150 people). Product Mangers, Account Executives, their managers, Managers, Support Teams, the VP of Newegg Business, all gone.
They're trying to shift to online sales to not invest in so many employees according to rumors.
Their planning to move the customer service call center from Whittier to City of Industry and/or Texas, to reduce costs. More Customer service agents will be let go come September as well as other departments as the "restructure" rolls outs. Newegg is going down and investers are cutting losses to get the most they can before it does. Wouldn't be surprised if Newegg ends up like Alibaba
