How much PTO do you get at OXY? What is the schedule for it increasing? Asking because part of the CoC stipulates similar benefits. OXY might get an increase.

That would be great if OXY would adopt Anadarko’s PTO for the OXY employees.
Not a fan of PTO. sick people show up to the office because they don’t want to use up their hours
Anadarko has PTO (Personal Time Off) that is used for vacation and sick time.
For full time employees, take your age minus 22 equals:
0 -4 160 hours
5 - 9 200 hours
10-19 220 hours
20-24 240 hours
25+ 280 hours
So everyone over age 47 would have 280 hours. You can roll over 120 hours each year.
I think the Oxy vacation schedule is
3 weeks for 0-9 years
4 weeks for 9-19
5 weeks for 19-29
6 weeks for 29+
I'll have to double check. Vacation time accrues and you can bank up to about 8 or 10 weeks. They usually credit prior service when they hire people.
They track sick time but there is no official limit. It's up to managers and HR if they feel it is being abused.
They offer maternity/paternity time but I don't know how much.
I'd be curious to hear the APC policy.

@ZLqTR3p-1tpt - no reason to call someone lazy. They were actually saying you might get more since APC has a great policy.
