It's always easier to just stay where you are. Justify it by saying you've got good vacation time allowance, can work regular and predictable hours, etc. I get it. But be aware that the company can make that all go away at any time and without warning. And it's out of your control. Given the ADP environment these days, it pretty much happens somewhere in the company every few months.
Starting new again someplace else isn't easy, for anyone. If you think you only need a short time before retiring, then maybe staying put makes sense. But if you've still got a few more years to go, sometimes moving on makes better sense. You can learn new technology, products, maybe a better commute, even maybe better benefits and $$$$ and maybe, find something that in the long run is a better opportunity.
You know what you have at ADP. Are there worse places out there? Absolutely. But are there better places out there? Absolutely.
