Isn't TDC an analytics company? So why would anyone think this survey is anonymous? And they really don't care a bit about what we think. This is just to tick a box for the board.
No one cares , no one will care. We are all circus monkeys and our ring leader is FRKN mo--n. Take the survey, who do you think going to reach with this survey. The board don't give a rats a-- and OR is too busy to care about his employees.
Why is management conducting a survey ? They don't care what the employees think. If the employees tell them how bad things really are, then they will stop at nothing to find out who said it.
whats more concerning should be how many don't care anymore whether its traceable or not, i caught myself staring at water going down the plughole the other day and thought of work
Every email link has a unique id in the url. Check yours vis a vis your colleagues. Of course this can be tracked.
Just your IP address, MAC address and some a few additional details.
They would need to do some other x-checks to reference it back to individuals. Nothing to worry about, as that involves some analytics.
Better question how many times does OR mention snowflake in the next earnings call or press release?
It would seem good leaders would already know the answers to the survey.
I hope not - I am unloaded both barrels. Would love a RIF to top up my retirement. This slow death is excruciating.
