The older generation of workers will always sell out the younger and will use union propaganda to justify it! Vote yes on Tier system, if you dont jobs will go to india! Wake up people, if you are a skilled laborer please get out while you can. There used to be a time when GE wouldn't even look at you if you didn't have as high school diploma. GED need not apply was the unofficial policy. Now we are flooded with drop outs and GED holders making more money than they could have ever imagined. Build a new policy on a lousy foundation and it's only a matter of time until it falls. Should have stayed with the old policy. The gravy train is not only stopping, it's all empty. Most of you are lucky you've had it this good for this long. Especially the D-Rates. Now it's time to get corrected and come back to reality. Only a fool would have thought they could ride this out for an entire career.
