Had a department meeting today and we were told they are outsourcing our jobs in claim ops starting in September. Kind of crazy.
Can anybody share more info on this? Did they tell you what kind of severance you'll be receiving? Is it limited to claim ops? Any additional info would be appreciated.
Chubb will be laying off all operations employees not located in a Service Center and outsourcing their jobs in 2021.. even after they stated they would not be laying off employees during Covid-19.
