Today we had our sales conference call and let we got some info. Looks like November might be the end it's not for sure but that's what my dsl got from asl. Also Sam said that's what hr told him as well. There was some other info regarding opt outs. If your route is eliminated there will be a opt out option but mainly for salesman. It's going to be a tricky situation once the routes start getting cut. Anyone hear anything like this at there depots. Also there talking about postions being created through the warehouse for certain areas

Im sure it will be good news, just like the one in may lol
Is that Sam from Arizona by any chance? We just got word about having a district meeting July 9th covering 'valuable' information regarding our transition out of Nestle. Of course, they are going to keep us in the dark for the next 2 weeks on exactly what that means. An early November end date seems to make the most sense to me. Would put us right at the 6 month mark from announcement which lines up with the 6 month minimum retention bonus. Also guarantees employees will continue to be paid through the holiday season, with most severance pay being complete near the start of 2020. Gives Nestle a clean start for the entire 2020 year. Not basing this on anything I've heard, just a gut feeling.
I Think October is going to be the end and pizza will start quicker than expected. A lot of Layoffs will start in September. I’m willing to bet most of us will have our 60 day notices by the end of August. You have to remember that pizza is 70% of the business so don’t be surprised when this goes a lot faster than we were told.
Could you share more specifics about the opt outs? I haven’t received any communication because my dsl is worthless
