I absolutely agree. Just had an unbelievably rude and intrusive "saleswoman" at the door who asked me if I even knew what "no soliciting" means when I pointed to the sign we bought to get rid of these exact Verizon people. Awful. Should be banned. You can't contact anyone at their customer service center either. Verizon, we are clients, but we are thinking of switching because of your awful customer service
You still have LMs? Our dispatch makes all decisions now and LM is powerless as far as the load is concerned they are just there to repeat how we can win micro battles (hahaha) and read emails from the state director about how we need to do better
