More cullings happening right after summit. They need the existing bodies to do demos and smooze with partners but after that it off to the gallows. Sorry kool-aid drinkers , your devotion to a false company will not be rewarded.

More layoffs are coming in October, November and December so get your parachutes ready.
These new layoffs will be the demise of the company and the existence as you know it.

There were a lot of silent layoffs last week and this week so don’t think it did not happen. The ELT is pulling a wool over everyone’s eyes including Wall Street and it will catch up to them very soon. Remember October is always the month of reckoning and it will be a sledgehammer this time.
Many peoples lives will be destroyed when the SEC catches up to all the lies the ELT has told about subscription revenue.
God help us all.

Here is a bit of information: MS is now in charge of IT. If you have ever heard the guy speak (in a very private setting), you'll know he doesn't really care about employees as much as the bottom line and his bonus of course. The formerly known as Global Technology and Security (IT) department which was shredded to pieces over the past few years will be going through an evaluation by a third party to identify waste and inefficiencies. Keep in mind that the poor b–tards barely have people to operate their infrastructure. So, yes, they are looking for what else they can cut out. It is highly likely that this is also going on across the entire organization driven by the executive "leadership" team. It is unfortunate to see such a great company go from what it was to what it is today. The question is to what end? People who they have not gotten rid off is because there is absolutely nobody left to do their job. This is not an exageration. Just sit in the courtyard in Fort Lauderdale and eavesdrop on the conversations.

This is every quarter rumor... there is no concrete data that supports this other than rumors coming from “reliable” sources.... pure gossip around.... the stock is getting impacted as so the entire market due to Trump tarrif war.. myself alone has lost almost 50% of my portfolio profit due to the state of the market... the drop in the stock will be blamed on the market and therefore no massive layoffs.. dont panic

Massive, massive, massive culling of the herd is coming. It’s the only way to preserve the ELT bonuses.

Here we are once again, what's the severance going to look like this time?
No bonus payout means they need the cash to pay severances.

Hopefully they will get SB this time. I received a letter today that now my family members data has also been compromised. The CISO is useless in this security company.

There is way to many mid managers, I dont know how it ended up like this.

And most mid managers that we have today are really useless. They dont take any actions, no responsibility and provide 0 value. I dont say that every mid manager is like that, but most are just there to whip harder...

I hope you’re right and this time the focus is on Managers (middle ranking). There are way... way too many managers “people managers” at Citrix. Most teams can function without a manager. In many cases the managers have nothing to do because the employees are doing all the work and so they play the STRATEGIC CHESS PLAYERS role and spend their day kissing up to leaders to get visibility and pretend like they’re doing work. So played out.

Citrix has been doing stealth hirings for years. The company will quietly onboard a few new employees here and there. Recently, Citrix hired six employees from Engineering at the Raleigh office. Anyone interested Citrix should actively be searching for open reqs and postings.
