How come SM claims that culture is one of our greatest assets? Does it mean all our assets are on the same level??

Sabre just hired a C Level from Jet Airways. Jet Airways went bankrupt and had to cease operations resulting in loss of job for THOUSANDS of people. What does it tell you about Sabre???
