I worked in CORD for three years. Managers here used to give motivational speeches about how team members should work. Managers used to refer other people names in the team and used to tell us learn from them. According to them some people in the team are great resources, now what happened to them? some are terminated by the same managers who used to tell us to learn from them. We really don't care what they used to do, they don't care about family life, they don't care about their health and work - but all are not like that.
Now, we are moved out from MetricSteam before layoff and we are in good position in better companies. Where are your good resources? some struggling to settle in new jobs and some not able to perform in new job. That's the difference you should have known now by this time as managers, they may be good resources in your company but they are not fit for any other company. We suggested the same many times to them but they are fools were working for company. Now being managers you didn't help them from job termination,and now same motivational speeches you are giving to the team members and trying to motivate them by referring Ramakanth, Chandra, Manas names.Please stop giving motivational speeches, you are not right managers to motivate resources. You guys know only how to use and throw people. If i'm in your shoes i would have left company long ago because i failed as a manager.
