No details to share here other than no surprise based on things I have been seeing feeling and hearing amid the CX rumblings. Was a good ride. Cisco was fair and totally supportive while I was in the role. No complaints nor arguing with the call. Directionally it makes sense.

Agreed. Red badges I worked with are not seeing the pattern. It became quite evident after reorg.
red badge can be cut at anytime with or without notice. you can call it “involuntary attrition” if that makes you happier. after red badge cuts are done, next will be blue badges. as they say: where there is smoke, there is fire.
