Is Beaumont Dearborn laying off people?
Beaumont Health has a corrupt management culture starting with John Fox who needs to be removed. Not all managers are bad, in fact some good ones have been forced out or have quit. Today many others were let go-some people with 28 years. There is not enough staff to do the work, but they keep hiring more managers-especially from Ascension Health (like a little club going on there now). I would not send my worst enemy to a Beaumont Health facility or Hospital. I can speak from years of experience having family there, being a patient, and having worked there. It is not the same place it one was back in the 1990's and early 2000's. It should be split up and sold off to other real health care providers that actually have management with integrity and put patient care as first and foremost. DOJ has caught up with them, but so will others as time goes by and the spiral downward continues.
