Total is purchasing Anadarko interest in this field so expect Total to replace MDR with a French vendor, e.g. Technip.
Houston gets nothing from MZLNG. All the OSBL breadcrumbs will be eaten by Gurugram and London. As far as our job security is concerned, MZLNG has no contribution.
I used to drive a Mozambique. Always in the shop. Traded it in for a Yugo.
Got news for you. Our piece of Mozambique will be very tiny. We are subservient to Chiyoda who has the bulk of the work and UK has a very small piece. Houston wont get but a few crumbs if anything. If any detailed design work percolates down to us it will go to the Indian offices.
