Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Increases for taking higher volume store.

Do we get a pay increase if you get a higher volume store than what your in currently? Also, do you get a pay increase for becoming a Store manager/RX ?Because I didn't get one.

Store Manager Rx I knew got increases before this year. Why would you not get an increase for taking more responsibility with a higher volume store?

Transfers to other stores and Mgr to RX Mgr is no pay increase. Division VP and HR must approve any increase outside of merit raise. Also pharmacy tech to inventory specialist was an 8% raise in the beginning of the year now it's 0 until lead tech.

I got raises for every store I took over, three stores, three raises. Ended up at 67k for a $42k weekly store.

I am a grade 13 and shouldn't be capped at 49500. I did ask my dl for a raise but that person said we dont get a raise to go to sm/rx.

As for Increase on higher volume

It depends on grade level-

Ive gone up double in volume and didn't get a raise but I went from

Level 7 to a level 6 and got one,

Next to your name on a lot of reports u should see your name

Position and either 08, 07 or maybe 06 - lower the grade = higher the volume - as for SM Rx - you should get 1-2 % raise - unless u are capped. But u have to ask for it.

Cause if u didn't they sure not gonna do it
