Positive reporting? By whom? How can superficial products that don't work and are created by inexperienced personnel be considered a move in the right direction?
There's been a lot of positive reporting with regards to Lifon and there nexgen tax and payroll. Does anyone have additional infi? I really think they are moving in the right direction.
NextGen lies! ADP is telling the street: newspapers, magazine, news talk shows, financial outlets that ADP is building NextGan produst implying they are the answer to bad decisions of management. First, they are vaporware and don't do even 15% of what they need to or should do. They are lies. On top of that, I worked heavily on Nextgen payroll and it was a completely pile of junk. Too many people not even understanding what payrolls does or how it works or what clients need it to do. Too many fake "product" people trying to fake it while they get paid to do a job they don't know how to do. NextGen products are trash, seriously.
The "NextGen" products are a snowjob! They are multi-year efforts that are rooted in inexperienced people trying to put up colorful screens without 95% of the real in-depth functionality necessary to properly service the clients domain. More than anything, they are an effort to "sell" the financial markets that ADP is fixing there problems. Truth is, is the NextGen product I have worked on is a complete joke and I would never ever want my parents company's payroll processed by that pile of java scat!
I was one of them. There’s probably only a handful left, if even that.
Are there any TRUE SME’s left?
