MH is just following orders. He knows nothing.
Most definitely the CEO. He was hand picked by PE and has loyally been executing their dirt since 2012. They chose MH knowing bankruptcy was coming and bought up their own debt for pennies on the dollar. MH has been playing the long game knowing that a merger or buyout was the goal. He said as much during his very first town hall meeting when he explained why the first attempt at a merger with MGH didn’t work out.
Better question....who is the puppet doing the private equity dirty work...CEO or Right-hand man?
