I have worked in stores where the ironmans have other programs on it rather than just RF APPS. Does anyone know how to enable this?

No the company is removing the function after the iron mans are in place
It’s not just a single app I’m looking for. It’s pretty much just all of the apps an android has. For example, I’ve seen some with web browsers
