Hmmmmm... finally had some real information on here and the whole post is taken down. It didn't have anyone's name on it. Now I see no posts from yesterday at all. Where's the transparency??

Agreed. This cannot close on July 15th. The SEC will be sending comments/questions back and they will need to be addressed. Then we wait on SEC again to see if they will approve or have more questions. After approval, APC shareholders will get packets to vote. Hopefully, they will vote FOR the merger. It's time to end this nightmare.
Anadarko shareholders have not voted? They are expected to have 30 days so July 15 date does not adds up?
This is not an Anadarko Web Site. Some of that information should stay internal to Anadarko and not be posted on an external Web Site for the world to see. This site has nothing to do with Anadarko transparency.

July 15th. All signs point to them running through this integration and they don’t want you knowing that your professional fate has been decided with minimal due care and due diligence.
