What are the reorg rumors that I am hearing? What's happening?

It's getting Worse by the Day! Now Steris will buyout Cantel in June and who knows what will happen. People are still leaving with not much direction and poor treatment from Managers. This company has potential but they need strong management that appreciates and values the employees.
Cantel division in Hauppauge, (Crosstex Intl), Long Island, NY, is going to be moving all machines to other locations for “Better Efficiencies”.???.... and displacing 50-60 employees ranging from machine operators to all Operations employees (Purchasing, Planning, scheduling, etc). After Crosstex was purchased in 2005 Cantel gave current management All responsibilities and they continued to make record margins In the coming years. Then, in 2016-17.... some new VP’s came in (Operations, Finance), and seem to muddy the waters and lose focus on existing long term employees Resulting in huge turnover. Upper Operations And Sales management was replaced and they “lost their heart”. Not surprising after a private company goes public. Now, the new management has been replaced and the company is in shambles and employees don’t know where they will go with their families when layoffs are completed. Sad ending to a wonderful company story.
Not much info but has to do with the Hu-Friedy merger/takeover? Several people walked or were asked to walk. Lots of unknowns. Several people are without managers or direction. This company doesn't seem to be very organized and is always in transition. They are growing but where/how with no direction?? Cantel was worth 3.6 BILLION but pays their people a pittance.
