So far I know that there has been a heavy push towards eliminating the number of roles that carry the "LGE" marker, (Letter Graded Exec). This includes Service, Implementation, Sales and Sales Operations. As others have mentioned, even more glaring is the apparent targeting of anyone in the pension plan. There was a wave that got informed of layoff on 5/7 that had their last day on 6/7.
What other roles/ locations have ben impacted?
If you are not part of the old regime from the Ed Flynn days you don’t survive. The company has promoted for years average talent to the DVP and above ranks. I left years ago and have more than doubled my salary as a sales leader within two years of leaving. I am still a fan of Jimmy but his numbers show he keeps surrounding himself with friends from his NYC small business days that wouldn’t survive a second without him there are anywhere else.
With this final fiscal month and quarter, I have heard that there are lofty targets that need to be hit, or the layoffs will continue with speed. I am curious if anyone is still seeing layoffs now, despite the potential results. Based on this thread, it looks like Major Accounts has been heavily impacted. Not a surprise as MAS has not hit their sales targets under Jim Sperduto (SVP) in over three years. I suppose cutting costs might be one of the last options in a climate that lacks sales.
@ZFMOGye-3ksl - Correct. Anyone not in a ONE-ADP center is subject to changes in their employment status with ADP over the next few days, weeks, months. Really sad for those who believe they are safe and secure, and not making plans for the soon changes.

what locations/ roles have been hit? Just sales ops?
I know a few in Sales Ops, think some found other positions within the company. Some did not.
Just heard about someone I know who’s been there 20 years and got a pink slip this week.
Heard about a wave yesterday, 60 days to find a new job. They are keeping it all very quiet, unlike in the past.
