ADP has made some serious mistakes in the last few years by replacing its talented employees with cheap workers. Its knowledge base has been eroded and its workers are now overwhelmed, disinterested, and transient.
This is no longer a good company to work for, despite the cheerleading and fluff generated by its management. The company was once a strong Payroll/Personnel leader, but now it has severe challenges. ADP cannot effectively compete for workers anymore. New workers are advised to stay away.
