Our company couldnt be stronger. We have the highest backlog in 10 years and the financials are all fiscally sound. Most of our employees are quite happy here and morale is quite high. We are not going bankrupt and if you are lucky enough to work for our company, you may reap some very nice rewards from the overtime windfall.

McDermott is a finalist along with Weatherford for the annual "Enron Award."
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA........totally worth stopping by. Oh man. Good to know marketing is at least keeping busy.
Highest backlog in 10 years? When I started at CBI 6 years ago the backlog was at 28 billion. Granted, nobody but management new there was negative profit in all that backlog.
"May be rewarded." That's right.
Promises - Promises - Promises - but no delivery.
And "Career Development ?" Its a non-existent fallacy. Just as phony as CMS.
May be rewarded. And monkeys MAY flight out my butt.
Money goes to the stay on bonus pool secret society. Hard work past tense is not rewarded, not since I've been here. You get your commitment upfront or you get nothing. A cash starved company has no incentive to push out bonuses after the work is done. Insiders and secret society members will keep it.
Don't like it? Don't want to give up your weekends? There's the door.
All the overtime is because we have too many managers and not enough worker bees ! Schedule slippage drives all the overtime. Hate to break the news, but not everyone wants to work 60 hours a week or give up their weekends. Stand down young man. Stand down.
