If you are still employed with West do not stress or over work yourself trying to pick up the pieces left behind. The root problem to this entire situation started with the first Apollo sales team re org. They completely destroyed multiple products.... But not over night. These trends continued to decline year over year but no action was taken. With that said hang in there, weather the storm, get your severance and then move on. Chins up to all, we are in control of our own lives.

I totally agree. I was on sales calls where reps didn’t have a clue about the products and it was an embarrassment. Reps with great customer relationships were pulled off major accounts and replaced with reps with absolutely 0 knowledge. We had people at the top with 0 knowledge about the industry or products. The person at the top was already not welcome from a past merger because of his values.
All of you should spruce up your linkedin profile/resume and start casually looking at a bare minimum. Doesn't matter how long youve been here, you do not owe the company a single thing. If it comes down to you or their finances, the company will choose their finances and cut you. You should not be afraid to do the same. If you find another job that catches your eye you should pursue it immediately.
You got it.
