According to this article, it appears cvs is indeed worried about Amazon. One of cvs’ Caremark execs tried to jump ship to Pillpack and cvs used to block him from going over to them.

Of course CVS is worried about Amazon! They just had to SAY they weren't worried in order to prevent the stock from free-falling! However they played their hand with that lawsuit.
