As the packet reads PSR's RSR's drivers as a whole have to hit 95% in order to qualify for your retention bonus . There is no guarantee you are going to receive that . Nestle could come up to you on your last day and say thank you for working all these days we appreciate it but you made 94.999% of EDQ sorry we're not going to pay you that retention . Plus even if you do make the 95% EDQ you have to wait up to 65 days after your last day of work to receive it ??? Come on corporate ..... i'm sure you're reading this thread also ...... if you really care about your people ..... give them a check for the retention on their last day of work their DSL shakes their hand and thanked them for their service .

I totally agree, if you feel the company is going to do you over and stiff you,you should leave. Too bad your on a bad team where you cant trust anyone or the info given too you. Im not happy about this either but for nestle its business, not personal. If the app is down , document the day. It doesn’t count against you.
They’re really pushing on the requirements per email our team got
How the f--- can you be MILES compliant when it doesn’t work a few days out of the month
A lot of you won’t see all the money that was “promised”. Start looking and move on
Why would you tank your route anyway if your getting a 40% boost on anything you make for 6 months?
Can you all be that dense? Edq is set up for each route and the rep assigned to it, like it always was. Hit your own edq avg and you will get your bonus. Even if you come in just under once in a while, its ok, its set up so you dont tank the route, just like the miles app 95% is set up to keep those people of are thieves from raking up the hours clocking in and out where they shouldnt be. ITS A STOP GAP MEASURE PEOPLE. If your co worker dosent want to run his route proper your bonus will not be affected. Nestle can tell if your giving best effort. Stop being so paranoid and just do your job. Sounds like a lot of discention in some deports
Crazy thing is that the drivers have no power, as far as the numbers. If i remember right, the drivers' numbers are under EDQ, which is controlled by sells reps. So if they choose, the can f--- us over. From the way it's broken down, it shouldn't be hard, as long as they get their numbers, and place their orders. Even if items are cut, they still get the points for ORDERING it. But some people already have a "f--- it" attitude, so a lot of people might get screwed anyway out of spite
by the way edq targets change a few weeks back most very account went down not up
There is no guarantee, it was simply a notice nothing signed and yes manipulation of the numbers is quite possible.
Ya know what's amazing to me is .... how only the replys left on here truly believe your gonna get the retention. The only comments .... that were on here that agreed ... somehow are not here anymore. This guy ... or gal....brings up a good point. If ya don't believe him.. or her... watch your READ YOUR PACKET and watch your EDQs . Your not only controlling your retention bonus... but you controlling it for others as well. That's all I got. Good luck to all!!
Look at all the stupid comments made by all the stupid people. How did Nestle DSD last this long? The original poster thinks EDQ is something hard to achieve, one poster thinks DSLs are getting 6 figure bonues and another poster can't hit EDQ because he thinks the targets changed several weeks ago. SMDH
If this happens to anyone you get an employment lawyer ASAP
It’s amazing how ignorant the nestle lifers are. Making stupid orders thinking $25 extra bucks makes a difference
who cares. dsl’s have their own bonuses they’re trying to hit . safety, out of stock, retention. They’re cashing out with a solid six figure payout. Wait until the newer hires start dropping like dead bodies either quitting or injury . its going to get ugly, folks
EDQ targets changed several weeks back. I was not aware for a couple weeks and got several “dings”.
It’s tough to get 95% when your info is not up to date.
I mean, they literally tell you at each store what the minimum is. Sure it’s not a “guarantee” but Jesus is we have employees that aren’t competent enough to even do that it’s no wonder why we’re all losing our jobs.
How f..... hard is it to order a minimum amount at each store ? Seriously you guys can't be this dumb, if you really are good luck in you future endeavours.
Whatever.
If they offered to let me go right now, with no retention bonus, as long as I still got severance and unemployment, I'd take that in a heartbeat. Get another job, and get on with my life.
The person that posted this is correct. Maybe you should open your eyes and read.... or is the light not that good under your DSLs desk!!
