With todays announcement the Health Solutions business can rest assured they will sold and/or spun off in a year or two. This guy has experience in "high performing growth business, including startups and divisions of larger companies". This is exactly the leadership announcement I've been expecting. Dudes a Harvard business grad, which means he's competent and connected. Great hire Stone-man!

IBM clearly did not have their top lawyers involved in writing that contract. Generally they're able to weasel their way out of these lawsuits without even settling. Agree, IBM is a possible acquirer, HP also.
