Some support people, implementations people, and director level people have been let go so far today.

i was told over 155 people were laid off (not confirmed)
Hopefully they sc-ap some of the Account Managers as well - some of them are absolutely worthless.
It looks likely that first-level support will be moving to the Philippines now that they're laying off support people in the US.
support department is really bad - i hate layoffs but sometimes i hope they bring some change for the better
Maybe this will help our dysfunctional support department.
