Deploy for cuts in jobs. Was with Kellogg for 16 years, laid off then applied for new role and laid off 9 months later in new role. Can’t live life wondering if will have job from year to year. They do not care about talent in employees.
No one understands how to run this business. The only thing they’re doing is running it to the ground
Obviously the definition of growth at Kellogg is different than the rest of U.S. Maybe it should be renamed Deploy for Decay.
They don't have a strategy other than cut costs and cut people. This has been going on for a least 10 years. It's what executives do when they don't know how to run a business.
The Kellogg Co. unveiled a reorganization plan for its North American operations ahead of the sale to Ferrero International SA of selected cookies, fruit and fruit-flavored snacks, pie crusts and ice cream cones businesses.

The plan is designed to "simplify the organization that supports the remaining North American business after the divestiture and related transition," and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. Kellogg expects to book pretax charges of about $35 million, including $20 million to cover severance and other benefits costs.
