ARRIS was good for a while, but has gradually gone downhill...especially over the last year. Do more with fewer resources (in the US) while more and more jobs are send offshore for cheaper pay/less experience. Get out while you can. I don't know anyone who's not planning their exit.

More so around 90 laid off CPE last week. Nevada City basically gone.
Forest Va 2nd Shift was let go that includes people with over 20 years with the company. Possible plant shutdown coming as work has been completely dead. That was on 06/25/2019.
Yes when you get so big and bloated that costs are excessive that is what happens.

The Entire CPE team in Lowell was let go except for 3 Project Managers
The Test team in Horsham has also been completely eliminated.

They had to hit Lowell. After all, where will they put the CommScope people moving from Chelmsford?Sure they already transitioned the rest of the work to Bangalore.
Heard Suwanee was also hit. I'm hoping to be in the next round. Better to get out and get a package before the 1 year CommScope acquisition date.
I give McClelland a year with CommScope before bailing. CommScope doesn't understand what they bought. Let them take Ruckus and sell the rest of the technology to someone who has a clue.
