In all honesty, I'm not sure how we are even still open. Our sales have been dropping constantly for years - we see fewer and fewer people come in each day, and even fewer of them actually end up buying something.
Is this the case with all locations? Is there anything that could be done to change this? I'm really worried it's just a matter of time before we are notified we're closing.
