When I was laid off earlier this year. Dean’s tried to force me to sign a form saying I “needed improvement” even tho my performance was never discussed prior with my worthless manager. Place is a joke!
Deifference being that people expect small minded people acting tough and insulting them on political and sports boards. Those same insults make no sense on a board about layoffs especially when they're not very creative or funny and have nothing to do with the topic.
Damn true!!! Had a guy once that he was offended so bad he made cancer jokes about my family. If that was done on here that would lead to death threats.
