They make you to work for 10-14 hours in a day, that is why the salaries are high. Working 10-14 hours is not problem, you will have to work with some crazy managers. You will spend more time explaining things to the managers than the customer. And you will have to work with some technical leads who will be readily waiting to get information from you and showcasing it to management as such they did. Unfortunately, management knows that who did what, but favoritism plays big role than performance in these teams.
Mmanagement knows what's wrong they are doing but their egos won't encourage them to change them self.
Whatever it is, i'm writing this to save employees who are planning to join in these teams. Except salary you will not get any benefit, you spoil your health, disturb family life, you will end up working with outdated technologies which doesn't help you to build your career. People who are currently working can't get the job that is why they are working there, If you still want to experience and learn then bookmark this, it will be helpful for you in future.
Hey don't forget, nowadays these teams changed the team names DevOps...etc. Ask what devops tools they use, that will be good enough for you to understand what they do.
