It's hard to say. But, the company just fired most of its employees that don't work on the florists side, and the florists side was mostly not touched. If they don't keep florists happy then the company has nothing remaining, no income, no nothing, no company. If the plan is to emerge from bankruptcy then nearly everything is geared towards florists. So, the likelihood that they would try not to piss off and take care of florists is pretty good.
That being said, FTD has gouged florists for cash for a long time and even publicised data that showed that the majority of florists actually lose money on every order FTD sends to them. So, you probably would want to "diversify" your florists business anyways.
It's pretty hard to predict what the numb nuts leaders at FTD are considering, but you can be assured that it will be a disaster like everything else they've planned... examples... waiting so long to sell PC cut it's price in nearly half. Selling Shari's, PC, and International ast year they could have avoided bankruptcy entirely and paid off most of or all of the debt... Florists are definitely part of FTDs going forward strategy, but who knows how mutually beneficial it will be for them long or short term. If florists start leaving in the short term there will be nothing left.
