Looks like we have...
1) VPGM of key product line is leaving...
2) Deputy CFO and VP finance gone.
3) CTO on his way out......
Massive layoffs going on...
huge delays and misses in key product releases...like not even close.

4agc - scary...QA team is worst in the history of qa teams. If they were put in charge of anything it shows how out of touch "leadership" is here.
After obligatory use of Slack in Austin per order of CTO, they now have moved QA analysts from overseas and putting them in charge of large programs to deliver engineering products in Melville !!!
One comes from the right overseas location it’s an automatic promotion even if you never done the job, and the US person they replace and more US engineers will be sent packing. What does the CTO thinks he will achieve doing things like that?
But the team in Austin uses Slack......we will be fine.
I was so hopeful that after the spin from Honeywell, we’d be nimbler and make better decisions. I’m sorry to say, it’s actually getting worse.
Its well known they cant deliver any product on any timeline... reduced to buy small companies whose total staffing is like 8-15 people....
Connected Thermostats are failing and customers left in the lurch... sometimes for days, no engineering, people jockeying to BS in Austin but can't deliver so blames the previous team, and start again. Buzzwords abound... Agile...AI...Machine Learning...
the speed of this companies demise is breath taking. it will be studied for years to come.
CTO?
Let’s look at the bright side. It can’t get much worse. Or can it?
