If you have not been paid in Nevada you can file a claim with www.labor.nv.gov. I heard that if you do not file a claim and everything goes into bankruptcy that you may not be able to file. Instructors file before May 31st deadline. Also you can quite a job for good cause. Not getting paid may qualify. Contact Unemployment. http://ui.nv.gov/css.html

Save AiLV is the new owner and is responsible for back pay.
oh I'm very clear about my anger and yes it is to AiLV, the fool and his husband who have lied and threaten us all.
The pay issue is because of DCEH, not the school.
The school is trying to separate itself from DCEH and DCEH is sabotaging the efforts.
Be clear about those that deserve your anger.
I would still contact the labor commission if you were employed in Nevada and have not received your final pay. I believe if you quite that the employer is required to pay your last paycheck on the next payday after you leave. If they have not that is a violation of NV statue.
What if you are not in Nevada, and no longer work there. Just waiting on final pay.
