This company has been imploding for years! I’m actually not shocked at all. We gave the secret code to the executives on how to make Conduent an employer of choice, but instead, Conduent did the opposite. No respect for employees, no management training, lack of ethics, passive aggressive behavior, mission and core values are ridiculous, and finally, the actual shame employees have when asked, “where do you work?” Good riddance!
And it is not going to take long to fall from the Fortune 1,000. There are too many good up and coming companies out there. A company imploding cannot last long on the list now.
