Has anyone heard if AML in ofallon mo is downsizing today?

The floor hasn’t made production all year. Our last leader abruptly “retired” and they brought in David. Nothing has changed and it only gets worse. Some of us care, but management has stacked the deck against us to actually succeed. I expect they will come in and lay us all off soon.
The work is a challenge, no one is denying that. Those that try will succeed. Those that just show up and spend your day chatting with neighbors or around the floor will unfortunately suffer the consequences. For the venomous ones that spew your venom on this post perhaps you need a taste of unemployment to change your perspective. The work is honest and challenging but the reward is acomplishment and the pay is commensurate. The choice is yours. Make the best of it. Best wishes!
Manager sounds like you may be part of the real issues with the O'Fallon location and sounds like you should be concerned about your job. Something tells me you have actually never performed the work functions that you hold your team and/or teams accountable for and since processes change so quickly there is no way to really quantify results of any kind. What kind of id–t does not understand that the metrics in place are based wholly on the highest performers who worked unlimited overtime. What kind of id–ts put people on performance plans based on incorrect data or based on reports they don't understand? id–t leaders at O'Fallon do that's who....
To the “manager”, what planet are you living on? You are a MAJOR part of the problem. Employees have every single second of our day monitored between all the tracking systems on the computer and the reporting you keep on us. We can’t fart without it popping on a report and being written up for it. Morale has been so low in the dept for YEARS. Anthony Nappi tried to address it two years ago when he had to come down. Now the new VOE comes out and you all act shocked at the results. REALLY? You’re driving good talent to other companies because you all refuse to address the real problems. Pay s—s and you have the OFallon team working phones, handling customer complaints and trying to keep up with production with constantly changing procedures and policies. And we can’t dare to ask a real question that doesn’t fit procedures because our case will get tied up in policy hell for months while you all bicker amongst yourselves about the correct way to do something (example: pics vs corps). You all should be ashamed of yourselves for believing you are actually managers worthy of the name.
Many people in the AML department work extremely hard to make up for the unprofessional and inept pay check players such as the one making comments about tits on a bull. The mood elevator poster was spot on.
I dare you to speak to any customer facing employees their feedback about your dept.

I'm in management in O'Fallon AML/KYC. First, to your concern anonymous, lots and lots of work so as long as your husband is producing not to worry. Site director for AML has answered this many times that we are OK. Obviously things can and do change but nothing on horizon but work.
To the second anonymous, your mood elevator needs to be a few floors higher. I'm not offended by your comment merely because it isn't true. If you are already laid off it's understandable as to why. If you are still working at Citi, up your game because you are a product of your own thoughts and actions. Wishing you the best.
